Amidst the unassuming Hojiwala Industrial Estate in Sachin, an industrial revolution is quietly taking place. Navitas Solar and Renon India, two companies led by visionary young entrepreneurs, are at the forefront of India’s renewable energy transformation.

In line with the AVM Talk Series, Arvind Sir (Niveshaay Investment Advisors, Surat), a staunch advocate for India’s burgeoning entrepreneurial ecosystem, helped organizing an industrial visit for students of Std 11 and 12 of Atmiya Vidya Mandir to these companies. His aim was to showcase the remarkable technological advancements and robust management practices that are propelling India’s growth potential.

The pre-visit meeting set the stage for an immersive experience. Teachers introduced the students to the companies’ groundbreaking work in the renewables sector, highlighting India’s ability to nurture world-class entrepreneurs.

Upon reaching Renon, the students were greeted by an air of quiet efficiency. The plant’s meticulous organization, from the state-of-the-art production line to the dedicated R&D centre, underscored the company’s commitment to innovation and quality. From cell testing to final product assembly, the students were captivated by the company’s meticulous attention to detail and its unwavering focus on quality.

Navitas Solar, with its sprawling three-level facility and robotic arm-powered production, exemplified India’s manufacturing prowess. The company’s firm commitment to quality was evident in the rigorous testing procedures that each product undergoes, ensuring a lifespan that surpasses expectations, while also solidifying its position as a leader in the solar energy industry.

Throughout their visit, the students were accompanied by knowledgeable guides (M K Tiwari Sir and team) who meticulously explained the intricacies of each company’s production processes and how their innovations are shaping a sustainable future. Furthermore, a very comprehensive interactive session with Sanjeev Gupta Sir, the Plant Head of Navitas, instilled in the students a profound appreciation for the role of technology and innovation in driving India’s renewable energy revolution and also an awareness of the challenges along the way. Hence, this industrial visit was not merely an educational excursion; it was an inspiring testament to India’s unwavering spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. The students returned with a newfound appreciation for the country’s potential to shape the future of renewable energy.

A heartfelt thanks to Arvind Sir for orchestrating this remarkable learning experience. His dedication to empowering India’s youth through exposure to industry leaders is truly commendable.
