U-17 & U-19 CBSE Cluster XIII Athletics Tournament 2025-26

The CBSE Athletics Cluster Meet was a moment of pride and achievement for AVM, in the academic year 2025–26. On 5th August, the event began on the lush green grounds of SGVP, Rajkot. Under the guidance of Kalpesh Sir, three athletes from Atmiya Vidya Mandir got the opportunity to participate in the competition in the following events:

  1. Aatman Bhai – U-19 (1500m and 3000m Race)
  2. Naitik Bhai – U-17 (3000m Race)
  3. Tanish Bhai – U-17 (Shot Put)

The opening ceremony was full of energy, with a wonderful display of balance and drill. The medal distribution ceremony was graced by many respected guests, including CBSE observers, the Campus Director, the Principal, and other dignitaries.

With the blessings of GuruHari and the guidance of our coaches, the AVM team gave its best performance even with only three athletes.

  • Aatman Bhai, who has earlier represented at the national level, created history by winning AVM’s first-ever gold medal in an individual athletics event in the 3000m race after a breathtaking performance. He also secured 4th place in the 1500m race.
  • Naitik Bhai put up a strong fight and narrowly missed the bronze medal, finishing 4th in the 3000m race.
  • Tanish Bhai too performed commendably in his Shot Put event, finishing among the top 10

These results were the outcome of determination, discipline, and hard work. Overall, the tournament was a wonderful experience filled with enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and learning. The Atmiyans returned home not only with medals but also with cherished memories and inspiration.
