On the 5th of July 2025, the Bhoolkus of Grades 11 and 12 had the golden opportunity to interact with two prodigies of Atmiya Vidya Mandir—Adityabhai Thakkar and Kavibhai Patel from the 2024 batch—who are currently pursuing their studies at IISc Bangalore and BITS Pilani Goa, respectively.
They began the session by sharing their life experiences at university. They spoke about the vibrant and intellectually stimulating environment at their institutions, where they are surrounded by talented peers and exceptional academic resources. Following this, the Bhoolkus asked them a series of intuitive questions one by one, which both Kavibhai and Adityabhai answered thoughtfully and tactfully.
After the introductions, the session smoothly transitioned into an engaging Q&A segment. From inquiries about scholarships and academic challenges to nostalgic memories of their days at AVM, the questions were wide-ranging and thoughtful. Adityabhai and Kavibhai responded to each one with clarity, humility, and depth. They even offered practical solutions to the challenges students currently face, drawing from their own experiences of overcoming similar situations.
Both alumni emphasized the importance of these two years in shaping their lives. They spoke about the value of consistent study, even during vacations, and how it had helped them in their academic journey. More importantly, they inspired students to draw inner strength from bhajan and prayer, explaining how divine support and spiritual grounding can help one navigate even the toughest academic and personal phases. They shared how being under the constant guidance of a saint helps them stay on the right path with clarity, without getting distracted or derailed.
As the session came to a close, both Adityabhai and Kavibhai expressed heartfelt gratitude towards AVM. They shared that if given a chance, they would gladly relive their school days—a testament to the deep love and connection they continue to hold for Swamishree’s school.
With that, the alumni session concluded, leaving everyone with many valuable insights and learnings from the lives of both Kavibhai and Adityabhai.
