The first-ever AVM Alumni Meet was a deeply emotional and memorable gathering that brought together past and present students of Atmiya Vidya Mandir. With attendees joining from all over India and abroad—both physically and virtually—the event was a heartwarming celebration of shared memories, spiritual reflection, and renewed connections.

The evening began with a traditional welcome that stirred strong emotions among returning alumni as they walked through the familiar gates of their alma mater. The sense of nostalgia was palpable as they revisited cherished corners of the campus, reconnecting with the essence of their formative years.

Following registration, alumni participated in engaging Meet-and-Greet sessions across key campus spots, where they connected with peers from similar professional fields. These dynamic sessions sparked conversations that bridged past experiences with future collaborations, fostering both camaraderie and professional networking.

The spiritual core of the school came alive as everyone gathered at the Mandir for the main program. Guided by enthusiastic hosts Shivam Bhai and Sumit Bhai from the class of 2016, the evening took on a vibrant and reflective tone. The poojan of Thakorji offered a serene moment for prayer and gratitude, grounding the gathering in the school’s timeless values.

Adding to the joyous atmosphere was a lively Trivia Contest that served as a delightful trip down memory lane. It rekindled humorous and mischievous school stories, transforming the hall into a space filled with laughter and shared nostalgia.

In the highlight of the evening, Pujya Vijay Sir delivered a powerful speech that echoed Swamishree’s vision of nurturing students as principled and compassionate individuals. He encouraged alumni to “Reconnect and Recalibrate,” urging them to strive for excellence while remaining grounded in humility and values. Pujya Suhrad Swamiji followed with touching anecdotes about Param Pujya Swamishree’s tireless efforts in establishing AVM, reminding all to live as forever students of His wisdom.

The evening reached its spiritual zenith with the presence of GuruHari Prabodh Swamiji. His arrival brought a profound stillness and reverence to the hall. After His darshan of Thakorji, His divine presence uplifted everyone, reinforcing the guiding light of AVM’s spiritual lineage.

A special Video Darshan revisited AVM’s origins, showcasing Param Pujya Hariprasad Swamiji’s personal involvement in every aspect of the school’s creation and mission. It was a moving tribute to the foundation that shaped generations of students.

Looking forward, the event saw the launch of the AVM Alumni Portal, a digital step toward sustaining lifelong connections. GuruHari’s Paravani emphasized key spiritual practices and the importance of Swamishree’s teachings in leading a blissful life.

The evening concluded with a joyful outdoor photo session, a delicious feast, and a spirited round of sports under the floodlights—bringing back the camaraderie of school days.

More than a reunion, the first AVM Alumni Meet marked the beginning of a lasting legacy—affirming that the bond with AVM is eternal and ever-growing.
