The Football Inter-House competition at Atmiya Vidya Mandir was a vibrant display of teamwork, passion, and sportsmanship, echoing the school’s ethos of unity encapsulated in the mantra, ‘WE ARE ONE’. Held from December 2nd to 5th, the event radiated an atmosphere charged with enthusiasm and positivity, as students from classes 9, 10, and 11 gathered at the school’s football ground to compete.

The competition, preceded by the Senior category, saw the Junior and Sub-Junior categories held between 20th to 25th February, adding to the anticipation and excitement among the student body. It was a culmination of dedicated efforts by both students and coaches alike. The coaches, with their unwavering commitment, played a pivotal role in nurturing the talents of the students and transforming them into formidable teams.

Throughout the tournament, thrilling matches unfolded, captivating audiences of students and teachers alike, who passionately cheered for their respective houses. The pinnacle of excitement was reached during the finals, where intense battles took place between the top contenders.

In the Senior category, the final showdown between Shivam and Suhradam house teams garnered significant attention, drawing a crowd of approximately 500 people, including the Principal, teachers, and students.

Similarly, in the Sub-Junior category, Satyam House emerged victorious in a captivating final against Suhradam House, while in the Junior category, they continued their winning streak by defeating Shivam House in a spectacular finale under the floodlights.

The players exhibited exemplary sportsmanship, showcasing remarkable energy, courage, and skill throughout the competition. What truly shone was the spirit of togetherness and camaraderie among the teams, evident in the warm embraces and handshakes exchanged after the final whistle.

The trophy ceremony, graced by esteemed dignitaries of the school, marked the grand finale of the event. Shivam House was rightfully awarded the Senior category trophy, while Satyam House clinched victory in both the Junior and Sub-Junior categories. The ceremony was a testament to the hard work and dedication of all participants, celebrated amidst applause and admiration.
