At present, seats are available only in standards 1, 2, 3 and 7. Currently, no seats are available in other standards. If at a later time, seats become available, you will be informed if you have filled the form.
1. Admission Procedure
Parents are requested to fill the pre-admission form.
After filling the form, school will inform you of the assessment date/time as per the availability.
The admission assessments will be done only through appointments.
::Indian parents may please fill this pre-admission form (the school will contact you from mid-December onwards)
::NRI parents may please fill this pre-admission form (the school will contact you in the beginning of November and the admissions will close by mid-December)
Please note that you need to fill the pre-admission form to get call from the school for admission assessment.
2. Minimum age requirement for hostel admission to different standards is as follows:
-Std 1st – Born on or before 31st March 2020
-Std 2nd – Born on or before 31st March 2019
-Std 3rd – Born on or before 31st March 2018
-Std 4th – Born on or before 31st March 2017
-Std 5th – Born on or before 31st March 2016
-Std 6th – Born on or before 31st March 2015
-Std 7th – Born on or before 31st March 2014
-Std 8th – Born on or before 31st March 2013
3. Documents required at the time of assessment
1. Photocopy of student’s birth certificate
2. Recent passport size photo of student
3. Photocopy of Term 1 result of current year

Atmiya Vidya Mandir is committed in providing individual attention to each child and hence has a strict limit on classroom size.
Our classrooms are between 22-25 students in each standard.
Std. 1-8
Each year we admit 22 students in grade 1 and 25 students in grade 2. Admissions to grades 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are very limited and based only on vacancies created during the previous academic year.

Std. 9-10
We do not admit new students in grades 9, 10.
Std. 11-12
We offer two branches of study – Science and Commerce for the senior secondary school. While most of our senior secondary students are students who completed their 10th grade at AVM, we do admit a small number of select students in grade 11. We do not admit students in grade 12.
