AVM is visited by many remarkable individuals every now and then. Despite their busy schedule they come down to our school and inspire us. This time it was the District Collector & Magistrate of Surat, Shri Mahendra Patel, who made us feel special. He was inspired by the vision of Param Pujya Swamishree for our school, which urged him earnestly to spend some of his precious time with us and to see around the school.
Respected Collector Sir is so dedicated towards his work that he does not take a single leave and puts in extra efforts to serve the nation. During his address to the students of Std 10, 11 and 12, he insisted that we work as a team rather than working alone and explained us the importance of working in a team. As citizens of future India he reminded us our responsibility of serving our Nation, Parents and God with utmost devotion. He has had an inspiring career so far and has been honoured with many awards due to his constant hard work.
It was a very joyous and educative experience for all of us to meet with the District Collector and get a chance to enrich ourselves.
